We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Accuracy Specialist to support inventory verification and data collection processes within a retail environment. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment between system-recorded inventory and physical stock through structured checks, data entry, and process adherence.The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working in both backroom and sales floor environments, and capable of following defined procedures to ensure data accurac

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks across stockroom and sales floor locations
• Verify physical inventory against system data to identify discrepancies
• Scan product barcodes and shelf labels using handheld scanner devices
• Accurately record inventory quantities across:Backroom stockSales floor shelvesOverstock / top stock areas
• Complete structured data collection processes and submit verified entries
• Conduct product lookup and location verification as ne
• ededParticipate in daily inventory audit workflows, including
• Backroom inventory valida tion
• Front-of-store shelf checks
• Ensure all data entries are accurate and validated prior to submission
• Follow standard operating procedures for data collection and system usage
• Assist in identifying inventory gaps and supporting corrective actions
