About Fer & Square
We are a high-speed premium design and print studio specializing in custom packaging, product labels, stickers, and large format printing. We produce packaging with UV printing, embossing, spot gloss, and specialty materials on fast turnaround times.
What You’ll Do
We're looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to help ensure every order leaves our facility accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Schedule
Shift: Full-Time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare shipping documentation.
- Ensure products are packaged securely and professionally.
Inventory Management
- Receive and organize incoming inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
Quality Control
- Inspect printed products for defects before shipment.
- Verify quantities, sizes, materials, and finishing requirements.
- Follow quality control procedures and production standards.
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Organize shelves, materials, and packaging supplies.
- Assist with warehouse optimization and process improvements.
- Support production teams during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
1 or more Years of EXPERIENCE IN:
- Warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or logistics experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day.
Preferred
- Print shop, packaging, manufacturing, or production experience.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Experience using shipping software and carrier portals.
- Forklift certification (not required).
