Role Description

The Vice President of Lending will oversee the credit union's lending operations, drive lending strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing underwriting, growing the consumer portfolio and developing loan products to meet member needs. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Knoxville, TN.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Underwriting and Finance principles
• Proficiency in Consumer Lending practices
• Experience in managing Loans and developing lending strategies
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in lending operations or financial management
