Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney

A well-established law firm in the Milwaukee area is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing private client group. This is an opportunity to step into a collaborative team with a strong platform and consistent workflow, advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning matters.

Responsibilities:

• Advise individuals and families on estate planning, wealth transfer, and tax-efficient strategies
• Draft and implement estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related documents
• Support advanced planning techniques such as GRATs, SLATs, and other wealth transfer structures
• Handle trust and estate administration matters
• Work closely with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in trusts & estates or private client work
• Experience with estate planning and/or trust administration
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Interest in working with high-net-worth individuals and families
• Wisconsin bar admission (or ability to waive in)
