Trust & Estates Associate Attorney
Location : Wilmington, DE
A highly regarded, boutique private wealth law firm is seeking a 2nd or 3rd year Trust & Estates Associate Attorney to join its growing Wilmington, DE office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work directly with high-net-worth clients, trust companies, and experienced partners in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, sophisticated estate planning work, and hands-on responsibility early in their career.
What You’ll Do
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning and wealth transfer strategies
- Work closely with trust companies and fiduciaries
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and related instruments
- Participate in client meetings with significant partner exposure and mentorship
- Handle complex, detail-oriented matters with a high level of client service
What We’re Looking For
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active Delaware Bar admission
- 2–3 years of Trust & Estates experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to “handhold” and guide clients through sensitive matters
- Detail-oriented with strong drafting and analytical abilities

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
