Paralegal – Probate, Trust Administration & Guardianship
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal with a minimum of two years of law firm experience to join our team. This position focuses primarily on probate and trust administration, as well as adult guardianship and conservatorship matters. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced legal environment while providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, prepare, and file probate pleadings and related court documents.
- Manage and oversee probate, guardianship, and conservatorship administrations.
- Communicate regularly with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and third parties.
- Assist with the preparation of estate tax returns, trust and estate accountings, and related documentation.
- Maintain case files, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance with court requirements.
- Support attorneys with legal and administrative tasks related to probate and fiduciary matters.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of law firm experience required.
- Experience in probate, trust administration, guardianship, and conservatorship matters preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 – $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
