Paralegal

A national firm is looking to add a Paralegal to their Trusts and Estates team in Naples.

After the initial 90 days, this role will operate under a hybrid schedule of one to two days remote.

Qualifications:

• College Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
• 5+ Years of Trusts and Estates Administration Experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Probate Pleadings
• Prepare Federal Estate Tax Returns
• Prepare Trust and/or Estate Accounting and Funding Calculations

Salary: $70,000 - $125,000 (Depending on Experience)
