Job Description
Boutique law firm that specializes in FINRA arbitrations representing investors seeks full time paralegal. The candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to attorneys in all stages of arbitration. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation and strong written, analytical and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include assisting with drafting requests for documents, discovery responses, motion practice and client communication. Strong financial background is a plus but not required. The job will start in person in our midtown Manhattan office but will convert to hybrid after a few months of training.
Salary
Salary will be commensurate with experience and range from $65,000-$75,000 per year with discretionary bonuses paid every year. 401(k) contributions will occur after the first full year of employment.
