Travel Operations Coordinator

This is a 9+ month contract and local to Chicago.


Purpose:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Business Travel Program Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations of our small to medium business travel program and assist with the rollout of a new platform. This role is critical in ensuring smooth migration, ongoing program support, and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:

  • Support program operations, including account onboarding, platform migration, validation, and inbound request management
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, hotels, operations, loyalty, and digital teams to resolve issues and drive initiatives
  • Manage account lifecycle activities (profile maintenance, admin updates, troubleshooting, approvals)
  • Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and migration accuracy
  • Support reporting, account monitoring, reactivation efforts, and SOP documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for hotel and field inquiries, ensuring timely issue resolution


Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, travel operations, customer support, or similar roles
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage escalations
  • Experience with hospitality systems (e.g., Opera, CRM, PMS) preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Background in hotel sales or transient sales
  • Experience supporting platform migrations, digital launches, or system implementations
  • Familiarity with business travel programs and account management workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Hospitality, Business, Communications, or related field)


Pay:25/hr
