Our client is a well-established, fast-growing, Private Equity/Family Office that focuses on the Real Estate development sector. They are seeking a Operations Coordinator to join their existing team. This is an on-site role, so you must live within a commutable distance to the office.


The Opportunity

This is a right-hand role to senior leadership — not an admin track, not a support function. You'll be the operational glue that keeps deals, people, and timelines moving in sync. In a platform this lean, you'll see everything: active acquisitions, equity packages, vendor pipelines, and leadership's calendar. If you want to understand how a real development company actually runs, this is the seat for it.


What You'll Own

  • Leadership Support: Calendar management, meeting prep, travel coordination, and expense workflows — always one step ahead
  • Deal Tracking: Closing checklists, critical date monitoring, data room hygiene, and document organization across all active projects
  • Research & Deliverables: Comp pulls, public records, lender/equity support packages — raw data turned into clean, decision-ready materials
  • Drafting: LOIs, broker correspondence, meeting recaps, internal memos — you draft, leadership refines
  • Vendor Coordination: Surveyors, title, environmental, insurance, county contacts — scheduling, handoffs, and deadline enforcement
  • AI Integration: Daily use of AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to drive speed and quality across research, drafting, and reporting


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related analytical field
  • 1–2 years of post-grad experience in operations, finance, consulting, or real estate (strong internships considered)
  • Fluent in Excel and Google Workspace; comfortable with AI tools as a daily workflow — not an occasional experiment
  • Proactive operator who spots gaps before being asked and follows through without reminders
