Accelerate Retirement is seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our team in Aliso Viejo, CA. This is a hybrid role, with work-from-home flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
The Operations Coordinator will support daily operational and administrative tasks across the firm. This person will help with client onboarding, account maintenance, documentation, scheduling, reporting, and follow-up items. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with advisors, plan sponsors, vendors, and internal team members.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a small-team, fast-paced environment. This person should have a client-first mindset, strong follow-through, and the ability to keep projects and processes moving smoothly.
