Trademark Attorney

Trademark Associate - 3+ Years - Los Angeles

Our client is an international firm, seeking a qualified IP attorney with law firm experience for its Intellectual Property practice in Los Angeles. The salary range for this position is between $260k and $295k.

Qualifications

• At least two of the following is required:

1) Trademark prosecution, including drafting applications, responding to office actions, portfolio management, and conducting clearance searches,. [Some patent and copyright prosecution experience is preferred.]

2) IP transactions, including drafting/negotiating a range of IP agreements, including licensing, assignment, confidentiality, and technology transfer agreements.

3) IP litigation, including conducting legal research, preparing menoranda and pleadings. Experience with TTAB oppositions, cancellations, and infringement proceedings.

• Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication/interpersonal skills.
• Caliornia bar admission is required.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
