Trademark Attorney - Spanish Writing and Verbal Fluency
Our client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking an associate with at least 3 years of experience for its Trademark and Copyright Team in Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Walnut Creek, Menlo Park, Washington, DC, or Winston-Salem. The salary range for this position is between $250k to $320k.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of complex, high-level U.S. and foreign trademark clearance and prosecution experience, including U.S. and international portfolio management.
- Full fluency in Spanish and English -- writing and speaking is required.
- Experience working with entertainment companies is preferred.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent legal writing, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to manage a high-volume docket.
- Strong team focus.
