The Roles:

Temporary Executive Assistants (Temp-to-Perm & Contract)

We’re seeking experienced EAs who enjoy jumping into new environments and supporting busy executives with confidence. Assignments range from a few weeks to several months, with many turning into repeat engagements.

This path is ideal for EAs who want to:

• Build or deepen Private Equity experience
• Work in high‑expectation, fast‑paced corporate environments
• Strengthen their resume with top‑tier firm exposure
• Maintain flexibility without committing to a permanent role

Typical EA Responsibilities

• Complex calendar management and high‑volume scheduling
• Domestic and international travel coordination
• Expense processing (Concur preferred)
• CRM/database updates and light project coordination
• Providing seamless coverage in fast‑paced environments
• Ad hoc team and administrative support

Temporary Receptionists (Front‑of‑House Float & Contract)

We’re also seeking polished front‑of‑house professionals who deliver an elevated guest experience. You do not need prior corporate receptionist experience - we welcome candidates from:

• Luxury retail
• Hospitality
• Airlines/aviation
• High‑end fitness
• Client‑facing creative studios
• Any service‑driven environment where polished, warm interaction is key

Assignments range from a few days to several months, with many becoming recurring or Perm!

Typical Reception Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and managing check‑ins
• Handling a multi‑line phone system
• Coordinating couriers, deliveries, and vendor access
• Managing conference room calendars
• Supporting printing, scanning, and administrative overflow
• Maintaining tidy, well‑presented common areas
• Assisting with hospitality, catering, or light facilities needs

Pay & Benefits

Executive Assistants: $35–$55 per hour, depending on experience

Receptionists: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience
