  • Managed full-cycle recruiting for product and technology roles within fintech environments, including Open Finance, Security Services, Cybersecurity, and Product teams.
  • Worked closely with Hiring Managers and business teams to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and support recruiting strategy.
  • Handled end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer process, onboarding support, and immigration-related activities.
  • Used Workday as the primary ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for active sourcing and pipeline building.
  • Managed 20–25 open requisitions at a time across technical and product-based roles.
  • Built candidate pipelines within 5–7 days for newly opened positions through LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, and networking.
  • Experience in either agency or corporate recruiting environments is acceptable; however, strong experience supporting product and technology hiring is preferred.
  • Conducted weekly meetings with Hiring Managers to discuss hiring progress, candidate pipelines, and interview feedback.
  • Performance tracking- sourcing KPIs, LinkedIn Recruiter usage, pipeline activity, and hiring metrics.
  • Recruiting process -Talent Acquisition specialist sourcing and shortlisting candidates, sharing qualified profiles with Hiring Managers, coordinating panel interview preparation, managing interview scheduling and feedback, and supporting the offer process through final selection.
