Agile is a forward-thinking professional staffing firm specializing in Information Technology. We are seeking a driven and collaborative Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in our Alpharetta office!

The ideal candidate will have prior agency recruiting experience supporting technical and/or engineering skill sets and a passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.


Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Source and recruit top technical and engineering talent through various recruiting tools, networking, referrals, and strategic sourcing methods
  • Partner closely with Sales and Account Management teams to identify hiring needs and deliver top talent to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and consultant partnership
  • Conduct candidate screenings, technical qualification discussions, interview preparation, and debrief conversations
  • Manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies to identify passive talent in competitive markets
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience and successful delivery
  • Stay informed on current market trends, technologies, and industry hiring demands to strategically position Agile and our candidates
  • Assist candidates through offer acceptance, resignation process, and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition


Here’s what our ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of agency recruiting experience supporting technical and/or engineering skill set
  • Prior staffing or consulting industry experience required
  • Experience recruiting for technology, engineering, infrastructure, software development, manufacturing engineering, or related technical roles
  • Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • A competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to problem solve, think strategically, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
