We are looking for a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our team in Framingham, MA for a 3–6 month contract-to-hire opportunity. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and professional positions, partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and drive successful hiring outcomes. Job Overview:
- Manage end-to-end recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance
- Support hiring across technical and non-technical business functions
- Recruit for Software, Embedded Systems, DSP, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and other specialized roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct candidate screenings and video interviews
- Utilize recruiting metrics and market insights to influence hiring decisions
- Manage approximately 12–15 requisitions simultaneously
- Maintain accurate candidate records using Workday and other recruiting systems
- Support hiring initiatives across Marketing, Finance, Audio Technology, Luxury, and other business units
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of IT or technical recruiting experience required
- Experience recruiting for technical disciplines such as Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and X-ray search techniques
- Experience conducting video interviews and managing candidate pipelines
- Agency and corporate recruiting experience preferred
- Experience using applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is a plus
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence hiring managers and provide data-driven recruiting recommendations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance, and best practices
- Experience supporting Marketing, Finance, Sales, Technology, or consumer product organizations is a plus
