Executive Recruiter

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in driving organizational growth and innovation by identifying and securing top executive talent. The Executive Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level leadership roles. Reporting to the Head of Executive Recruitment, this role partners closely with TA leadership, HR leaders, and C-suite executives to shape hiring strategy and attract key leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Design and execute comprehensive search strategies leveraging networking, direct headhunting, and advanced Boolean search methods to engage diverse, high-caliber executive talent.
  • Executive Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership to define role requirements, success criteria, and cultural alignment.
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire recruitment process—from kickoff intake through executive-level offer negotiation—while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide insights on talent trends, competitor landscapes, and compensation benchmarks to guide leadership decisions.
  • Talent Advising: Promote diversity and inclusion practices, ensuring every leadership search includes a representative and equitable candidate slate.


Skills, Experience, and Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
  • 1–2+ years of executive search recruitment, ideally with combined agency and in-house corporate experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated success closing complex executive offers involving bonuses, equity, and multi-layered compensation structures
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal communication and storytelling capabilities with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior-level professionals
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise with LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Google Suite
