Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical semiconductor construction, engineering, manufacturing, commissioning, quality, and project controls positions supporting multi-billion-dollar capital expansion projects.
- Partner strategically with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to develop workforce plans and recruiting strategies aligned with aggressive project schedules and long-term growth objectives.
- Identify, engage, and attract top-tier active and passive talent through innovative sourcing techniques, market intelligence, networking, referrals, industry associations, and digital recruiting platforms.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across key functions including Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Quality, Commissioning, Scheduling, Estimating, Procurement, and Operations.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market insights, compensation benchmarking, competitive intelligence, and workforce trends that support informed hiring decisions.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate engagement, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project leadership teams to proactively anticipate workforce demands and develop scalable hiring solutions for rapidly expanding operations.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, technical associations, trade schools, universities, career fairs, and networking events to strengthen employer branding and expand talent networks.
- Utilize recruiting analytics, ATS systems, and talent market data to measure effectiveness, improve hiring outcomes, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and workforce development initiatives while helping build high-performing teams that support the future of semiconductor innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience supporting engineering, construction, manufacturing, industrial, EPC, advanced technology, or semiconductor environments.
- Proven success recruiting for complex, high-volume, and highly specialized technical positions within large-scale project environments.
- Experience supporting semiconductor fabs, advanced manufacturing facilities, data centers, cleanroom environments, or major capital construction projects is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in passive candidate sourcing, talent mapping, market research, and strategic workforce planning.
- Strong consultative partnership skills with the ability to influence leaders and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, and modern talent acquisition technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly growing business environment.
