Part Time Contract Recruiter (Biomanufacturing | Plant & Corporate Hiring)

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Onsite Requirement: Hybrid – Tuesdays onsite

Type: Contract (3–6 months, potential to extend or convert to full-time)

Start Date: Targeting 6/15

Hours: 20–30 hours/week to start, with potential to scale to 40 hours/week

Compensation: $40-$45


About the Role

We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to support a growing biomanufacturing organization during a period of increased hiring needs. This role will partner closely with an experienced in-house recruiter who requires additional support due to bandwidth and intermittent time away from the office.

This is a hands-on recruiting role with a strong mix of sourcing, stakeholder management, and full-cycle recruiting across both technical and hourly roles. The work is primarily focused on supporting a small but growing number of open requisitions (approximately 5 current roles, with 5–10 additional openings expected in the next 3–6 months).


What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across exempt and hourly roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and guide process expectations
  • Support sourcing efforts for specialized and hard-to-fill roles
  • Recruit across plant and lab environments including maintenance managers, shift supervisors, and lab managers
  • Educate and support hiring managers on recruiting best practices
  • Work within ATS and HR systems to manage requisitions and candidate flow
  • Support recruiting across multiple U.S. plant locations (MN primarily, with additional sites in CA and IA)


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Strong preference for experience in manufacturing, plant, or industrial environments
  • Experience recruiting both hourly and exempt/technical roles
  • Comfortable with sourcing in addition to managing inbound applicants
  • Ability to work independently while partnering closely with HR and hiring teams
  • Experience working in fast-moving, evolving recruiting environments
  • Familiarity with ATS systems such as Pinpoint and UKG is a plus
