Contract Talent Sourcer – High-Volume, Multi-Requisition (Remote, 3-Month Engagement)

We are seeking a highly proactive, results-driven Contract Talent Sourcer to join a fully remote, 3-month contract engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and can independently drive consistent, high-quality candidate flow across multiple concurrent searches. Compensation is $35–$38/hour, with an expected workload of approximately 40 hours per week.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused sourcing role where you will play a key part in strengthening pipeline health across multiple business segments. You will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent while maintaining a steady flow of candidates into active requisitions. The role includes ownership of approximately 10 concurrent requisitions, balancing both high-volume sourcing and more targeted, strategic search efforts depending on hiring stage and urgency.

A strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter is essential, along with the ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and pivot quickly in response to shifting hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and actively source for ~10 concurrent requisitions across multiple business units
  • Build and maintain strong, consistent candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing strategies
  • Screen and qualify candidates to ensure a steady flow of 5–10 strong candidates per requisition
  • Adjust sourcing strategies based on search stage (high-volume vs. precision targeting)
  • Track candidate activity, maintain sourcing logs, and manage offline tracking systems
  • Provide ongoing insight into pipeline health, including response rates and sourcing effectiveness
  • Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to improve speed and reduce bottlenecks
  • Exercise strong judgment in prioritizing searches and reallocating effort based on urgency and impact

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
  • Strong, demonstrated expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Prior experience in consulting or fast-paced, matrixed environments preferred
  • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions across varied business functions
  • Experience supporting mid- to senior-level hiring (Senior Consultant through Senior Director level)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
