REAL ESTATE SALES LEADER / OFFICE GROWTH DIRECTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead weekly trainings and agent development
• Recruit and onboard productive agents
• Build relationships within the local real estate community
• Coach agents on production, lead conversion, and business growth
• Help create a high-performance office culture
• Drive office growth and retention
• Collaborate on strategy, systems, and expansion
