About the Company

Billions of wireless devices already broadcast RF continuously, every second of every day, across every building, warehouse, factory floor, hospital wing, and logistics hub on earth. None of it becomes awareness on its own. Hospitals run on clipboards. Warehouses lose inventory they cannot see. Factory floors have zero real-time awareness of what is moving, where, and why. The physical economy is blind, not because it lacks signals, but because no infrastructure has ever turned those signals into sight.

This company built the receiver.

We are a pre-commercial deep tech dual-use company with a passive RF spatial intelligence platform that replaces standard enterprise WiFi with a single ceiling-mount node that turns every wireless device in range into a continuously updated picture of physical reality. Sub-10cm 3D positioning. Passive detection across WiFi, BLE, UWB, cellular, and RFID. No tags. No cameras. No opt-in. No separate infrastructure. Every deployment is a WiFi upgrade that simultaneously delivers full spatial intelligence across the floor.

Issued patents. A proven technical breakthrough. A product roadmap fully defined to commercial launch. The IP is protected, the markets are identified, and the founding team is in place. What the company needs now is the operator who knows how to take this to market and build something that has never existed before. This search is confidential.

About the Role

This is a founder-era CEO role for a serial entrepreneur or proven CEO who has spent their career making physical operations visible, trackable, and intelligent. If you have built companies in supply chain visibility, asset tracking, warehouse intelligence, industrial IoT, or loss prevention technology, and you can look at a platform that passively sees every device in a building in real time without tags or cameras and immediately understand what it means for every customer you have ever sold to, then you are exactly who we are looking for.

This is not a polish-the-press-release role. It is not a manage-the-existing-org role. It is not for someone waiting for the next corporate promotion. This is a ground-floor seat at a company with category-defining potential, for someone who has built before, raised before, and who wakes up every morning ready to do it again at a scale most people cannot picture.

The company is not building a good company. The company aims to build the biggest company imaginable in this space. If that sentence makes you lean forward instead of backward, keep reading. The co-founders remain actively engaged and will stand alongside the CEO on fundraising, relationship-building, and strategic positioning. You will not be alone. But you will be in front.

What You Will Own

  • Capital formation, leading the raise from seed through growth stages with institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners
  • Customer acquisition across the beachhead markets: retail and warehouse loss prevention, healthcare and industrial asset tracking, and enterprise operational intelligence
  • Go-to-market strategy and execution, converting a technically superior platform into signed pilots, LOIs, and compounding revenue
  • Team building, recruiting a commercial and operational team that matches the caliber of the technical foundation already in place
  • External representation to investors, enterprise customers, defense stakeholders, and strategic partners
  • Full P&L ownership and the operational discipline to scale without losing the startup's speed

Who You Are

You are a serial entrepreneur or a proven CEO who has operated at the intersection of hardware, software, and physical-world data. You have run a company that made things visible that used to be invisible and sold that value to the enterprise buyers who needed it most.

You have been a CEO, GM, founder, or senior P&L leader at one of these types of companies:

  • Supply chain visibility and asset tracking platforms: Samsara, Roambee, Tive, Cloudleaf/ParkourSC, Wiliot, Mojix, OnAsset Intelligence, Powerfleet, CalAmp
  • Industrial IoT and operational intelligence: Uptake, Augury, Parsyl, Corvus Insurance, Tecsys, Verusen, project44
  • RFID and item-level inventory intelligence: Impinj, Zebra Technologies AIT, Honeywell Intelligrated, Checkpoint Systems, Mojix, RFKeeper, Detego
  • Warehouse and logistics automation: 6 River Systems, Locus Robotics, Vecna, Körber Supply Chain, Made4net
  • Loss prevention and asset security technology: Sensormatic, Checkpoint, Verkada, Envysion, Solink
  • Healthcare RTLS and clinical asset management: CenTrak, AiRISTA, Cognosos, Sonitor, Midmark, Stanley Healthcare
  • Adjacent deep tech or defense-adjacent companies that took a hardware-software platform from pre-commercial to Series B and beyond

You have sold into VP and C-level operations, supply chain, IT, and asset management buyers. You understand the difference between a proof-of-concept customer and a referenceable enterprise account. You have built a commercial motion from zero, not inherited one. You know what an LOI is worth and how to get one signed.

You are comfortable with defense and dual-use adjacency, have no allergy to government customers, and have the disposition of an operator who finds hard physical-world problems more interesting than easy software ones.

Qualifications

  • Serial entrepreneur or proven CEO. Multiple company-building cycles with verifiable outcomes. You have started, scaled, and either exited or taken a company to significant revenue more than once. First-time CEOs are not the fit for this role
  • Real access to capital. Direct relationships with institutional investors, family offices, or strategic capital you have raised from before and can raise from again. When you tell us who you would call to lead the seed, you can name the partner, not just the firm
  • Real commercial network in physical operations. When the company needs a meeting with a Fortune 500 VP of Supply Chain, a tier-one retailer's Head of Loss Prevention, a major health system's VP of Operations, or a logistics operator's CTO, you know the person or you know who does
  • Verifiable track record at a deep tech, hardware-software, IoT, or supply chain intelligence company with outcomes that can be checked at every stage
  • Demonstrated success raising institutional capital from seed through Series C with the relationships and credibility to do it again on a defined timeline
  • Demonstrated ability to create the first commercial playbook in a market that did not have one. You have gone from zero pilots to referenceable customers before
  • Technical fluency at the executive level. You do not need to be the engineer in the room, but you must deeply understand RF sensing, wireless infrastructure, edge compute, and spatial intelligence well enough to earn the engineering team's trust on day one and translate the platform credibly to any buyer or investor audience
  • Proven ability to recruit and retain elite talent. A-players already know your name
  • The rare combination of visionary thinking and operational ruthlessness. You can hold the 10-year platform picture in one hand and today's pilot close in the other
  • You move with urgency. You operate with ownership. You close
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred but secondary to what you have actually built

How to Apply

  • Send a short note via LinkedIn with three items: a two-paragraph "why this" covering why this category, why now, and why you; a pointer to one company you scaled and what you specifically built inside it; and one sentence on the first investor you would call to lead the seed round.
