Pride Health is hiring a Talent Partner (Recruiter) for one of its healthcare clients in Tulsa, OK (Remote Tulsa Area – Must Train Onsite).

This is a Direct Hire opportunity with competitive pay and benefits.


Location: Tulsa, OK – 74133 (Remote Tulsa Area – Must Train Onsite)

Job Type: Direct Hire

Shift: Day Shift

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexible option: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Salary: Starting at $62k annually with Benefits


Job Summary

The Talent Partner is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned departments. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage qualified candidates through proactive recruiting strategies.
  • Review resumes, conduct pre-screens, and interview candidates.
  • Present qualified candidate pools to hiring managers in a timely manner.
  • Process internal transfer requests and coordinate hiring activities.
  • Extend offers and determine compensation using approved methodologies.
  • Initiate post-offer and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Attend and support recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities.
  • Reconcile recruitment reports and maintain accurate recruiting metrics.
  • Present hiring updates and recruitment efforts to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and recruitment procedures.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Workday experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies and employment regulations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.


Additional Requirements

  • Must be comfortable attending recruitment events.
  • Availability for occasional evening and Saturday events.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (Arkansas, Oklahoma City, and surrounding areas) as needed.
