The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding. (G&A as well as Tech roles)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, industry events, and other channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, including passive candidate networks, to support current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while keeping hiring teams informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and present top talent to hiring managers.
- Participate in recruiting projects, process improvements, and best practice development to enhance hiring effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 4- years experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including proactive sourcing and employer branding in competitive talent markets.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, procedures, and recruiting operations.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally represent the organization.
- Skilled in evaluating candidate qualifications, assessing fit, and effectively communicating job opportunities and candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
