We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join a leading client in Omaha, NE. Qualified candidates should have experience managing full-cycle recruiting, developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
Position – Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Location – Omaha, NE 68102
🕒 Schedule: Hybrid Remote on Mondays and Fridays Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
What you'll do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding support
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business goals, workforce plans, and hiring needs
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified and diverse talent
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, providing Hiring Managers with clear and concise candidate evaluations
- Utilize recruiting tools and platforms to proactively source passive candidates
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop and extend competitive offers
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow-up
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and business leaders through ongoing consultation and recruitment strategy discussions
- Track recruitment metrics and leverage data to improve hiring outcomes and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruiting best practices throughout the hiring process
What you will have
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of professional full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting across Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or related functions preferred
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including Workday or similar platforms
- Experience using CRM tools such as Phenom or related recruiting technologies
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, and other sourcing platforms
- Strong ability to build relationships with Hiring Managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners
- Experience developing proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use data to drive hiring decisions
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Corporate recruiting functions
- Experience sourcing passive candidates in competitive talent markets
- Strong consultative recruiting and talent advisory skills
