Job Title: Recruiter II
Position Overview
Calculated Hire is seeking a recruiter to support end-to-end recruiting efforts across multiple business units for their partner. This individual will partner closely with senior leadership and HR to design and execute hiring strategies that align with organizational growth goals. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on recruiting execution, with a focus on delivering high-quality talent across a range of experience levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR partners to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned to workforce planning and business objectives
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates ranging from early-career talent to experienced professionals
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines by leveraging traditional and non-traditional recruiting channels, including online platforms, professional associations, technical programs, and university partnerships
- Create compelling job postings and manage job advertisement distribution to attract diverse, high-quality talent
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidate and agency inquiries, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local hiring regulations by maintaining accurate documentation and monitoring recruitment processes
- Recommend and manage recruiting budgets, including investments in job fairs, campus events, sourcing tools, and external vendors to maximize hiring effectiveness
- Train and support hiring managers on applicant tracking systems, recruitment best practices, and compliance requirements
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate dispositioning, to ensure audit readiness and process transparency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency environment
- Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing strategies
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Experience recruiting across a variety of roles and levels, including early career and specialized skill sets
- Exposure to campus recruiting and workforce development programs
- Experience training or advising hiring managers on recruitment processes
