Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Columbus, OH. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring for sales and marketing roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews, and maintaining timely communication with candidates and hiring managers. The role also involves building and managing talent pipelines, attending or organizing recruiting events, and leveraging social media and networking to attract candidates. The Recruiter will support onboarding processes, maintain accurate recruitment data, and partner closely with leadership to understand staffing needs and align hiring strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Full-cycle recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Ability to build and manage talent pipelines using job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with using applicant tracking systems (ATS), spreadsheets, and basic HR or recruiting tools.
  • Experience recruiting for sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to conduct objective, structured interviews and assess candidate fit based on competencies and values.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when handling sensitive candidate information.
  • Motivation to work on-site with the team in Columbus, OH and contribute to a growth-oriented, performance-driven culture.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
