Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Columbus, OH. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring for sales and marketing roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews, and maintaining timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
