Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Manager based in Hazelwood, MO. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee all supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, strategic sourcing and supply management. They will identify efficiencies, collaborate with vendors, ensure optimal stock levels, and analyze data to make strategic decisions to meet company objectives effectively.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Demand Planning and Inventory Management to predict product needs and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating supply chain workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Experience in Supply Management and Procurement, including vendor relationships and cost optimization
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational success
  • 5 years experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field; experience in outdoor gear or retail industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
  • Proficiency in technology tools such as inventory management software and data analytics platforms
  • Ability to handle dynamically shifting priorities and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Experience with Netsuite and Deposco favored
