Our client is a leading waste industry manufacturer seeking a Supply Chain Manager in MS. This role is a senior supply chain leadership position responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across multiple manufacturing sites, including MRP-driven purchasing, materials planning, procurement, inventory control, and supplier management. The position requires deep technical expertise in ERP/MRP systems, along with the ability to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and ensure accurate planning parameters. The individual will lead supplier negotiations, drive performance through metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and lead times while maintaining compliance. A strong emphasis is placed on people leadership, including mentoring and developing teams, teaching best practices, and fostering accountability.
