The Role

We’re hiring a Supply Chain Manager who’s ready to own production planning and material flow for both Melt Organic and Miyoko’s Creamery. This isn’t a “sit in the corner and run reports” job — this is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you’ll directly shape how we scale, control costs, and keep our co-manufacturers humming.

What You’ll Do

• Work with accounting /finance to select and implement an MPR platform within QuickBooks.
• Manage the transition from the current spreadsheets-based tools.
• Examine the entire supply chain system and its procedures to find ways to improve efficiency and cut costs as we integrate Miyoko’s production and scale nationally.
• Negotiate smart, win-win deals with suppliers — locking in pricing, terms, and reliability on critical commodities.
• Track inventory, supplier performance, and KPIs while partnering closely with sales, marketing, finance, and our co-man partners to keep everything running smoothly.
• Help drive cost savings and efficiency

Who We’re Looking For

We’re not requiring 15+ years of big-corporate experience. We want someone who:

• Has demonstrated skills in supply chain, procurement, production planning, or materials management (food/CPG or co-manufacturing experience is a huge plus).
• Knows MRP/ERP systems and is strong with Excel and data.
• Has negotiated with suppliers (and is eager to learn fast and own it.)
• Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting where things change quickly and your ideas matter.
• Is genuinely excited about plant-based, organic, and better-for-you food (bonus points if you’re a Melt or Miyoko’s fan already!).
