Job Title: Construction Superintendent / Supervisor
Job Description
The Construction Superintendent oversees day-to-day operations on active construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards. This role leads on-site activities, coordinates subcontractors and trade partners, and serves as the primary on-site point of contact for quality control, safety compliance, and project coordination.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position based at active construction projects. The role involves frequent walking, climbing, and navigating various areas of the job site, often in changing and sometimes challenging weather conditions. Work hours follow project schedules and may include extended hours when needed to meet critical deadlines and maintain project momentum. The environment is field-focused, hands-on, and highly collaborative, with regular use of project management tools, reporting applications, and standard construction equipment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
