🚀 Enterprise & Strategic Enterprise Account Executive's – Cybersecurity (Enterprise SaaS)

Our client is a high-growth cybersecurity vendor redefining how enterprises detect, investigate, and respond to threats. Their platform sits at the heart of modern security operations, helping global organisations automate response, reduce analyst fatigue, and move faster against real risk.

With strong product-market fit, increasing enterprise adoption, and aggressive growth plans across North America, they’re now hiring Strategic Account Executives to own net-new enterprise growth in key regions.


🔍 The Role

This is a pure new business / hunter role, focused on landing and expanding strategic enterprise accounts.

  • Full-cycle ownership: prospect → close
  • Selling into complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Average deal size: ~ $75k to $150k ARR
  • Strong alignment with SDRs, SEs, and Marketing
  • Long-term account potential with significant expansion upside


💰 Compensation

  • $280k to $330k OTE (50/50 split) - dependent on experience
  • Aggressive accelerators for over-performance
  • Equity participation in a rapidly scaling business


🧠 What They’re Looking For

  • Proven enterprise SaaS sales background with new logo focus
  • Consistent success closing six-figure+ ARR deals
  • Comfortable with outbound-led sales and strategic prospecting
  • Experience selling complex, technical solutions (cybersecurity a strong plus)
  • Self-driven, commercially sharp, and thrives in fast-growth environments
