Camino Search is partnering with a rapidly scaling technology platform seeking an experienced Account Executive to support the next phase of growth.


This individual will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, developing strategic relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand the company's presence within target markets. The role sits at the intersection of consultative selling, business development, and commercial strategy.


The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex sales cycles, engaging multiple stakeholders, and consistently delivering against revenue targets within technology-driven organizations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition across target accounts
  • Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle from discovery through close
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across prospective customers
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate pipeline and new business opportunities
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover customer needs and business challenges
  • Partner cross-functionally to support successful customer onboarding and long-term growth
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting

Ideal Background

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Track record of exceeding quota and delivering new business revenue
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Background within technology, IT services, SaaS, infrastructure, or related sectors preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
