Our client is hiring for an EOR/AOR Sales Executive to drive new business and close large, complex enterprise deals.
What You Will Do
- Prospect, develop, and close new enterprise accounts (Fortune 1000 focus)
- Manage long, consultative sales cycles (9–15 months; $3–10M per deal)
- Collaborate closely with sales engineering, implementation, and account management teams
- Navigate complex buying committees and build relationships at the C-suite level
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM
- Meet/exceed annual sales targets (long-term goal: $10M/year in billings)
- Bring positivity, resilience, and new energy to an experienced sales team
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
What We’re Looking For
- 6–7+ years of enterprise sales experience in MSP, VMS, staffing, EOR, or AOR
- Proven hunter mentality and track record of closing large, complex deals
- High energy, positive attitude, and self-assured presence
- Excellent prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Coachable, open to feedback, and adaptable to a hands-on onboarding process
- Ability to navigate long deal cycles and complex enterprise sales environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Preference for stable work history; open to some movement with context
