What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of restaurant management or kitchen leadership experience
  • A proven track record of success and career growth
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for mentoring and developing others
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and equipment standards
  • Experience with regional Italian cuisine and wood-fired cooking preferred
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership and participate in weekly management meetings
  • Lead, support, and communicate with the kitchen team to uphold standards and expectations
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Work service alongside the team, leading by example on the line
  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members
