Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead and support daily back-of-house operations with precision and consistency
- Ensure high standards in food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Train, mentor, and motivate line cooks and prep staff
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering and cost control
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- High-volume scratch kitchen experience
- Experience in upscale casual or fine dining restaurants is required
- Culinary degree a plus but not required
