We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our Boston team and play a pivotal leadership role in delivering exceptional cuisine and a world-class dining experience. • Minimum 3+ years of Sous Chef experience in casual fine dining or upscale restaurant concepts
• Strong culinary fundamentals with experience in high-volume kitchens (200+ seats preferred)
• Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, team-first management style
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, ordering, and sanitation standards
