The Consumer and Small Business Banking Technology is seeking a Senior Salesforce API Engineer to support the Customer Relationship View (CRV) CRM application, U.S team to be part of CRM key enabler capabilities scrum team. This role is responsible for building key CRM features for branch bankers to pro-actively satisfy our customers’ financial needs and positively influence customer engagement. 

This Software Engineer will be responsible for hands-on application automation test development and maintenance, technology testing strategy, and will bring principles, practices and procedures to multiple applications.
In addition, the Software Engineer will multi-task in a fast-paced team oriented environment while developing and maintaining API test cases using Selenium/Postman framework for several Web-Services data environment.
The candidates should have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to analyze application failed logs. RWF

• 4+ years of HP ALM experience
• 2+ years of JIRA experience
• 4+ years of Agile experience
• 4+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
• 3+ years of experience with Selenium
• 5 + years of quality assurance and systems/application testing experience involving UNIX or Linux based products and technologies
• 5+ years of software engineering experience

• Knowledge and understanding of automated testing
• Knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) testing: user acceptance concepts
• Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience
• 5+ years of experience drafting use cases and test scripts
• 3+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• An industry-standard technology certification

• Knowledge and understanding of creating test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results 
• Test planning and executing experience in systems such as: Test Tool, Quality Center, or ClearQuest

• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
