The Opportunity
We’re looking for a social media rockstar to own and scale Arccos’ presence across social platforms and in the golf culture conversation – the brand’s single point of accountability for strategy, content creation, channel growth and creator partnerships.
Arccos is at an inflection point in brand growth, and the canvas in front of this role is wide open. You’ll have access to PGA TOUR players including Matt Fitzpatrick, athletes across the world’s major tours, top PGA professionals and teachers including Me and My Golf, Erika Larkin, Trillium Rose and Mark Crossfield, and a roster of leading content creators including Erik Anders Lang, No Laying Up and Josh Mayer. You’ll also have the latitude to scout and bring in the next wave of ambassadors and creators – the kind who actually use and love the product, not just post about it. You’ll plug into our PGA TOUR partnership, our OEM partnerships, golf’s largest on-course dataset and a global community of hundreds of thousands of passionate golfers. Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing & Communications, you will work alongside a tight brand team with the access, support and runway to make this role your own.
What You’ll Do
This role owns social end to end – strategy, content, channel growth, ambassador and creator partnerships, and Tour-week activation. We have the assets, the partners and the community. You decide how we tell the story. Maybe you’re a natural on camera and become a face of the brand. Maybe you’re behind the scenes, pulling the right players, pros and creators into the right moments. Either approach works – the point is that you come in with a clear point of view on how to take Arccos to the next level across social, then build and execute the plan to get there. This role is built for someone who lives on social and is obsessed with golf. We care more about what you’ve built than where you went to school or how long you’ve been doing this.
