About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team on a contract basis to provide leave coverage. This highly visible role will lead social media strategy, executive communications, content governance, paid social campaigns, analytics, and stakeholder engagement across multiple business lines.
The ideal candidate is a strategic social media and content marketing leader with experience supporting executive thought leadership, managing enterprise-level social channels, and driving measurable business impact through both organic and paid social programs.
This position operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring three days per week onsite in New York City.

Required Qualifications
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level B2B social media programs.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives through social media strategy and executive ghostwriting.
- Demonstrated success managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms and business priorities.
- Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Platform Expertise
- Strong experience with Sprinklr, including publishing, reporting, social listening, and community management.
- Experience with LinkedIn Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with VideoSpan or similar video editing platforms.
Content & Communications
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong executive communications and thought leadership content development experience.
- Ability to create audience-centric content from complex business topics.
- Experience developing educational programs and social media training materials.
Analytics & Strategy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media performance data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Experience creating executive-level reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to measure and optimize both organic and paid social media performance.
Professional Skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams and business functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments requiring real-time decision-making and issue escalation management.
