Position Summary

JTC is a growing, multidisciplinary consulting and engineering firm serving clients throughout New England. Our projects span infrastructure, building, and environmental sectors, and our success is driven by both technical expertise and strong client relationships.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support business development and marketing initiatives within a fast-paced engineering and consulting environment. This role will primarily focus on coordinating and preparing responses to RFPs, RFQs, and LOIs, maintaining marketing collateral and qualifications materials, and managing CRM and project tracking systems within Deltek Vantagepoint.

The ideal candidate is proactive, deadline-driven, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting proposal development, client outreach efforts, and internal marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist with the preparation and submission of:
  • Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Requests for Qualifications (RFQs)
  • Letters of Interest (LOIs)
  • Statements of Qualifications (SOQs)
  • Support proposal development by:
  • Formatting and editing technical and non-technical content
  • Coordinating resumes, project profiles, and graphics
  • Ensuring compliance with submission requirements and deadlines
  • Managing proposal schedules and deliverables
  • Maintain and update marketing materials including:
  • Project sheets
  • Resumes
  • Qualification packages
  • Presentation materials
  • Templates and branded content
  • Manage and maintain CRM data within Deltek Vantagepoint including:
  • Opportunity tracking
  • Client/contact updates
  • Proposal tracking
  • Reporting and data accuracy
  • Maintain project backlog and business development data within Deltek
  • Assist with business development and marketing initiatives including:
  • Client outreach support
  • Conference and event coordination
  • Market research
  • Social media and announcement support
  • Team meeting coordination
  • Collaborate with technical staff, project managers, and leadership teams across multiple service lines

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in proposal management, proposal coordination, marketing coordination, or business development support required
  • Experience in the engineering, architecture, construction, or consulting industry strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with InDesign (preferred)
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar CRM/project management platforms preferred
  • Strong written, editing, formatting, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
