Adriana's is seeking a highly creative, strategic, and culturally connected Social Media Content Strategist, to lead the development and execution of our social media content strategy.
This role is responsible for creating content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, audience growth, and business results across social platforms. We are not simply looking for someone who posts content — we are looking for someone who understands how to transform insights, trends, storytelling, and audience behavior into impactful social campaigns.
The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in digital culture, understands platform behavior, and knows how to create content that connects with audiences in an authentic and meaningful way.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy
- Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Define content pillars, brand voice, messaging, and storytelling direction.
- Create monthly content plans and campaign strategies across social platforms.
- Identify content opportunities based on trends, audience behavior, and digital culture.
Creative Planning & Storytelling
- Create creative briefs for designers, video editors, and copywriters.
- Develop innovative concepts for Reels, TikToks, Stories, and short-form video content.
- Lead storytelling and creative direction for social campaigns.
- Adapt trends and viral formats to fit the brand identity authentically.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor social media KPIs and performance metrics.
- Analyze audience insights, engagement trends, and content effectiveness.
- Optimize content strategies based on performance data and platform behavior.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and community engagement.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, creative, design, video, and community management teams.
- Collaborate with influencer, partnerships, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital culture.
- Proven experience developing content strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- Excellent storytelling, creative thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret analytics and turn data into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with short-form video strategy and content creation.
- Background in branding and brand positioning.
- Experience with influencer marketing and social campaigns.
- Familiarity with paid social strategies.
