The Selective Solder Machine Operator supports printed circuit board assembly operations by setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining selective soldering equipment. This full-time production role ensures that electronic assemblies meet defined workmanship and quality standards while contributing to a stable and efficient manufacturing process.

Work Environment
This full-time role is based in a production environment with flexible shifts that may include day, afternoon, midnight, weekends, and overtime as required by business needs. You will stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 10 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. The position involves occasional bending, squatting, and repetitive movements while working around moving machinery and moderate noise levels. You may work with chemicals commonly used in electronics manufacturing. Visual acuity is important, including close and distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus for detailed inspection of printed circuit board assemblies. Standard production-floor attire and appropriate personal protective equipment are required to support a safe and efficient workplace.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
