The Shipping Associate supports daily operations in a busy production facility by performing material handling tasks, assisting with manufacturing activities, and ensuring products and materials move efficiently through the warehouse and shipping areas.

Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing facility within a small, family-oriented organization of approximately 60 full-time employees. The position follows a first-shift schedule: 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Friday. You will work on the production floor and in warehouse areas, handling materials, assisting with manufacturing, and using tools and equipment such as forklifts, hand tools, and power tools. The dress code includes jeans, a T-shirt, and steel-toed boots. Personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and ear plugs, is required and provided by the company. Candidates must bring their own welding helmet and tools. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
