Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Pay: $21/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Experience Level: Entry Level

Work Environment: Warehouse | Safety-Sensitive Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse. This role supports inbound and outbound operations, inventory accuracy, and customer fulfillment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, organization, and customer service.

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Receive, log, and process inbound freight from carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other freight services.
• Accurately locate, pick, and move materials to and from warehouse racks and designated locations.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and related data to ensure accurate electronic inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Stock and organize products to maintain proper inventory flow and warehouse efficiency.
• Safely operate assigned equipment, completing required inspections prior to use.
• Report accidents, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions to a supervisor immediately.
• Ensure pallets are stable and properly stored; keep aisles clear and prevent damage to materials, racks, or equipment.
• Follow safe material handling procedures at all times.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Work overtime or weekends as required.

• Forklift operation (sit-down experience preferred)
• Material handling
• Picking, packing, and shipping & receiving
• Inventory control and cycle counting
• Use of RF scanners and basic warehouse technology
• Pallet jack operation

• Prior warehouse and forklift operator experience
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and reliability

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of West Palm Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in West Palm Beach,FL.
