I have partnered with a leading U.S. organization in the healthcare and employee benefits sector that is looking for a Senior Workday Analyst to support and enhance their Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Reporting environment.
This role will act as an SME for Workday Payroll and Time Tracking, responsible for system configuration, reporting, and process improvements while ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This is going to be a technical position.
With the role sitting under the Finance team, you will work closely with finance leadership, whom are heavily invested into Workday and further training their employees.
Responsibilities
- Support payroll through Workday Time Tracking administration tasks including Mass Submit, Mass Advance, and EIB data loads
- Provide backup support to the payroll team during payroll processing cycles
- Be the SME for Workday Payroll and Time Tracking modules
- Lead system design, configuration, and process optimization
- Assess and implement system enhancements, configuration changes, and new functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, errors, or unexpected behavior within payroll and time tracking processes
- Partner with leadership to improve workflow efficiency, data integrations, and reporting accuracy
- Build and maintain reports supporting Payroll, Time Tracking, Client Billing, and Financial modules
Qualifications
- 2 years of hands on Workday Payroll and time tracking experience
- Exerience in report writing would be beneficial
- Experience with Workday EIBs, Mass Submit, and Mass Advance
