BestDrive is looking for a motivated and results-driven Tire Sales Representative to join our team in Indianapolis.
This role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving profitable sales growth across our commercial tire and service offerings. The ideal candidate understands the transportation industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to build long-term partnerships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and grow new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Promote commercial tire programs, retread solutions, and service offerings
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Manage pricing, profitability, and margin expectations
• Partner with operations teams to ensure service execution and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer opportunities
• Support collections and account management responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous B2B sales experience required (tire industry experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of commercial tire, fleet, or transportation operations preferred
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage customer relationships
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
