We’re looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer (MEP) to join our growing team and help deliver high-performance building systems on complex, fast-paced projects. In this role, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, coordinate, and support mechanical systems that drive efficiency, reliability, and constructability across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of complex mechanical MEP systems from concept through construction on large-scale projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring quality, consistency, and code compliance.
• Collaborate with architects, owners, and contractors to resolve design challenges and optimize system performance.
• Review and approve calculations, drawings, and specifications to align with project scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications:

• Professional Engineering License
• 6-8+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable discipline and experience
