  • Support program reviews with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor engineering program status, including budget, timelines, and technical health

Design Validation & Quality

  • Oversee development of engineering reports for design reviews and issue resolution
  • Ensure accuracy and maintenance of engineering Bills of Materials (BOM)
  • Coordinate CAE resources to validate designs through simulation and analysis
  • Ensure adherence to quality systems, processes, and work instructions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with program managers, customers, and cross-functional teams
  • Identify and communicate scope changes proactively
  • Ensure alignment with customer expectations and program objectives

Mentorship & Team Development

  • Mentor and guide engineers and designers on best practices
  • Review and oversee technical deliverables to ensure quality and consistency

  • Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
  • Working knowledge of simulation and Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Preferred

  • Experience leading technical projects, including planning, estimating, and scheduling
  • Knowledge and application of GD&T
  • Experience developing and executing Design Validation Plans (DVPs)
  • Hands-on experience across the full product development lifecycle
  • Background in manufacturing processes (machining, metal forming, welding, composites)
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
